Fontmaker

Fontmaker is a set of resources designed to help you make your own CJKV font. The present set up uses uming.ttf as it's base, if you make your font in this way the resulting font then your font will have the same license as uming.ttf itself. since the font already has over 20 thousand commonly used Chinese characters, you need only add the characters you want that are not in uming.ttf.

Stage one involves taking the font to pieces. Go to our project page and from code select cvs browse to see where we a up to.
